We have met again on last Saturday. They are a happy couple. He comes from India, and She is Japanese. So they are an international marriage.<\/p>\n<p>She knows many restaurant in Silicon Valley. And he knows very well about India dishes of course. So I requested I would like to have dinner in India restaurant. It is AMBER on Santana Row in San Jose.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amber-india.com\/SantanaRow\/home.htm\">Amber Restaurant &#8211; Santana Row Mother&#8217;s Day Celebration<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They choose a good restaurant and selected great menu for me.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Papdi Chat<\/li>\n<li>Tandoori Chicken<\/li>\n<li>Wild Caught Scallops<\/li>\n<li>Curry<\/li>\n<li>Yogurt<\/li>\n<li>Rice with chiken<\/li>\n<li>Plane Nan<\/li>\n<li>Desserts (Gulab Jamun, Elaichi Mango Panna Cotta, Kulfi Falooda)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I have had chat never. This is the first time. Chat is written as Chaat in India.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chaat\" target=\"_blank\">Chaat &#8211; Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chaat likes a snack in India. It is crunchy and delicious. It is taken with hot source or sweet and sour source. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/oichinote.com\/plus\/files\/img\/20110822amber_chaat.jpg\" alt=\"20110822amber_chaat\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>Tandoori Chicken is famous, and I like it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/oichinote.com\/plus\/files\/img\/20110822amber_tandoori.jpg\" alt=\"20110822amber_tandoori\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>India dishes use chicken usually. It reason is religion. India has major two religion, Islam and Hinduism. They prohibit take pork and beef. So chicken is OK.<\/p>\n<p>Scallops is very big! The biggest one was 6cm in diameter, 3cm in thickness. They are big, but taste is good. It is soft and elastic.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" alt=\"20110822amber_scallops\" src=\"https:\/\/oichinote.com\/plus\/files\/img\/20110822amber_scallops.jpg\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p> Curry is mild. I took with nan and rice.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/oichinote.com\/plus\/files\/img\/20110822amber_curryrice.jpg\" alt=\"20110822amber_curryrice\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>They ordered yogurt, but I could not understand its reason. It is for rice! Rice is eaten with yogurt!<\/p>\n<p>I have tried it&#8230; Delicious! Yogurt is sweet and sour, but it is match for rice! I liked it.<\/p>\n<p>At last I was full.<\/p>\n<p>Of course sweets are another belly. It is called in Japanese, &quot;\u5225\u8179&quot; (betsubara).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gulab Jamun<\/li>\n<li>Elaichi Mango Panna Cotta<\/li>\n<li>Kulfi Falooda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gulab Jamun is a milk dumpling. It is very soft and sweet. It is yummy.<\/p>\n<p>She likes it also.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/oichinote.com\/plus\/files\/img\/20110822amber_gulabjamun.jpg\" alt=\"20110822amber_gulabjamun\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>You know Panna Cotta, don&#8217;t you? Panna Cotta with berries.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/oichinote.com\/plus\/files\/img\/20110822amber_pannacotta.jpg\" alt=\"20110822amber_pannacotta\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>Kulfi Falooda is India ice cream. It uses many eggs and less milk. It is so, so.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/oichinote.com\/plus\/files\/img\/20110822amber_icecream.jpg\" alt=\"20110822amber_icecream\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>I have spent very good time.
